Refund Policy

A headshot pack is a one-time purchase — $4.99, $6.99 or $9.99 depending on how many headshots the pack includes. We want you to be happy with it. This policy explains how refunds work, which depends on where you bought.

If you bought on the web (Stripe)

• Full refund on request. If you're not satisfied, email us at support@careerpicai.com and we will refund what you paid, in full. You do not need to give a reason.
• A free regeneration, if you'd rather. Every pack includes one, and if you write to us we'll send you a link with more at no cost. You upload a photo, tell the AI in your own words what to change, and get a new portrait back — no account and no card needed. We'll keep working with you until you're happy with the result, and you can still ask for a full refund at any point.
• How long a refund takes. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

If you bought on iOS (Apple)

Apple processes all in-app purchases, and only Apple can issue refunds for them. Request a refund directly from Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. We are not able to refund an App Store purchase ourselves.

Important notes

• You keep what you generated. A refund does not require you to delete images you've already downloaded, though we ask that you stop using them commercially.
• EU/UK customers. Digital content is delivered to you immediately. By purchasing, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends once generation begins. This does not affect the voluntary full-refund-on-request policy above for web purchases.
• Abuse. We may decline repeated refund requests that appear to abuse this policy.
